At Dotnapo, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products purchased from Dotnapo within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is adequately protected during transit.
Custom-made, personalized, or sale items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process

3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of the product(s) but excluding any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase. If the return is not eligible (e.g., the item is used or damaged), we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
4. Exchanges
